The Hermosa Beach Historical Society & Museum is pleased to have accessioned the Easy Reader Newspaper Photographic Collection to our Collections & Archives.

These photographs of the Hermosa Beach and South Bay communities illustrate the rich local history dating from the late 1960's to the 1990's.

Museum volunteers are currently working on this project behind the scenes, in order to extend this collection to the community as a resource for education and research.

As the project continues, one of our archival volunteers will share a selection of photographs on social media the last week of every month. Check back on this page at the end of the month for a recap of the series.
