Dancing through the Decades: 1940's

The Hermosa Beach Historical Society (HBHS) is proud to announce our third annual "Dancing through the Decades" GALA. Our theme this year is the 1940's.
 
Purpose:
Fun filled evening to support Museum exhibits, tours,
and presentations. 
 
Event:
A sophisticated social occasion with live swing music and dancing reflecting the energy of the 1940's. Popular foods of the era to be served with fine wines and local beers.

The mission of the Hermosa Beach Historical Society and Museum is to acquire, preserve, and interpret historical memorabilia that pertains to the history of the City of Hermosa Beach. Our collection, displayed in our museum, is extended to the public as a source of delight, illumination, and lifelong learning. 
 
The HB Museum is open three days a week with the help of docent volunteers and offers tours to school age children and other interested community groups. Our Community is enriched by these activities.
